Now that you are scheduled for your Deep Dive Session please complete the following two steps:

1. Click the CLIENT SURVEY button and fill out your circle of life. This is a fairly quick exercise.

2. Click the CLIENT PROFILE button. This will take you a good 15-20 minutes depending how in-depth you want to go. Remember that this is your prep work for our session. It tells me where you are and where you want to be. And remember, this is always a holistic approach, so we cover all the bases on this form.
